Our 2017 year got off to a great start with Caroline Holmes delivering a wonderful lecture titled ‘Flowers of Impressionist Youth’. WeDFAS member, Bruce Lynch proposed the vote of thanks to Caroline. We were also delighted to welcome Sandie Lenton as a guest at this lecture. Sandie is the inaugural chair of the NADFAS society in Penang, Malaysia where they held their first meeting, featuring Lars Tharp, in November 2016.
NADFAS truly opens up the world of arts to everyone and now has close 98,000 members world-wide and 375 societies. As member of DFASNZ, it’s always worth remembering that you are always welcome as a guest at any of the NADFAS societies’ lectures and events.
